Cancellation Policy
Clients are required to store a card on file in order to hold a reservation. Cancellations within 48hrs will be responsible of a fee of 50% of the service booked. Switching of services are not allowed within 48hr window. Example: If a client books for a full foil and haircut and decides not to do foils without proper notice , they are still held responsible for the original service and time booked.
